This year we went to my parents house for Thanksgiving and to spend the whole weekend with them. All of the guys wanted to go down on the Bookcliffs and Henry Mountains to look for deer so we had our Thanksgiving Dinner wed night so that the men could go on their outing on Thursday.

Our Cruise to the Bahamas!
Beware of Picture Overload!
It finally came and went way too fast! Matt and I left for Miami on Sunday and boarded the Cruise Ship Monday morning. Tuesday we made our first stop in Nassua Bahamas, which I have to say was my least favorite. We toured the shops and then took a taxi ride over to paradise island to tour the Atlantis Resort which was beautiful!
Leaving Miami
Yes, that is a machine gun on the front of their boat! Boy,do I feel Safe!

Our formal dinner night on the cruise. We had such fun couples at our table.

Wenesday we ported in Coco Cay, which was my favorite stop. The beaches and water were beautiful and it was so relaxing. We swam in the ocean and collected sea shells for Madi then went to an island bbq and rented a kayak and toured the island. It was a nice relaxing day-ahhh

Our Cruise ship from the island
Key West, FL
Thursday we ported in Key West to wind, cold and rain. We made the walk in the rain to the southernmost point in the USA and then toured the shops and made a stop to experience our fist tast of keylime pie, which was yummy! We then went deep sea fishing off the coast of Key West and caught some record breaking fish ; )
Because of the weather we couldn't go after the big fish so we spent our afternoon catching these cuties! No- I'm not scared to touch the fish! Their fins are razor sharp and you have to hold them with a towel so you don't get cut.

We had such a great time and enjoyed every minute of it. The Cruise was great and they had some really good shows each night. Matt even participated in one of them and was the "hit" of the show. We relaxed alot and ate way too much! I am ready to go on another vacation, but this time with the kids. We missed them a tons! Thanks to the grandparents that watched them we really appreciate it and love you! Now to a week of grandparents detoxing to get them back to normal :)
The building that is making the arch is the Michael Jackson Suite.
It goes for $25,000 per night with a minimum of 4 nights. Wowsers!
It is booked for the next 5 years.

A Cinderella Story
Once upon a time there was a beautiful princess named Cinderella Madi. On Halloween Cinderalla Madi and her best friend Gus Gus Brekker wanted to go to the Mayor's Walk to parade around, trick or treat and show off their beautiful faces.
While they were wishing that they could go to the parade, all of a sudden their Fairy Godmother appeared to grant them their wish.Once they arrived at the parade they got to see all of their friends.
Jacob the Lion,Batman Bryce and Jack Sparrow (aka Porter),
and Avery the Frog.
Cinderalla Madi and Gus Gus Brekker walked the whole parade filling there bags with lots of treats.
Gus Gus Brekker could not wait to eat the treats so he started snacking on his tail.
At the end of their evening they received the Special Mention Award from the Mayor for the best costumes.
And they lived Happily Ever After
The End
